Went in to pick up my daughters mattress. The man was very helpful fit it in my car and said thank you. I said I got one more thing to talk about with you. Within if day 15 min he had a new mattress and base ordered for my husband and I. They were very helpful, informative, and polite. Joe was a great person to work with. Took the time to explain to us the many different options without making it seem overwhelming. Narrowed things down for us then made sure we were able to be comfortable with the one we chose. My husband and I went to just look at buying a king size bed. Joe greeted us right away. He was very friendly and asked what we were look for. Joe answered all of your questions and we ended up buying a purple. Great customer service!!!
