All of the employees at Dunkin on Commerce need a raise!! That drive thru and the amount of crazy they have to deal with, is INSANE. There was a mix up on my order today but they got me the right food as fast as they could, and I appreciate them for that!!
I love this place! Great tasting coffee and donuts. The breakfast sandwiches help me get through my morning when I'm running late for work.
BEWARE when you order your Donuts check before you leave because most likely you didn’t get the Donut you want! This happens 3 times to me now. I bought a dozen today I came home all the 12 donuts are WRONG donuts! I have to DRIVE back twice!nThe people that works there are so unfriendly!nI wish they are trained better! Horrible service!!!!!
Stopped in 3 times so far and each time I have to request the staff change their gloves before touching the food! Wouldn't this be common sense, especially with Covid? The manager helped me the last 2 times, so I am sure food safety protocol is not being met for this store!
