Okay selection, prices are a bit much. They doing could sort the items a bit better. For instance, all the countertops in one place or sinks in one place. But they're strewn all over. Some items were dilapidated beyond usage. If you go, you will most likely walk back out without anything.

Elianna is fantastic to work with. At times I have to be patient with getting information that I need, but it's not because she doesn't care. This place puts out a ton of kitchens in a month and they do their very best to accommodate my needs. Great product and great pricing!

I used GEC per the recommendation of the guy that was demo-ing my kitchen. We visited the store and it was fine. They were perfectly nice. We paid for them to be assembled. Upon delivery and install, cabinet doors were so warped it was visible and they wouldn't line up. Spacing between the drawers were different, and 1 of the drawers wouldn't work at all. We had ordered pull outs for the base cabinets, which was missed. I was under the impression that all drawers were soft close, but come to find out the pull out drawers you order as an additional piece are large, bulky and not soft close. We reached out to get the warped pieces and drawer fixed, and it took forever to get it figured out. Yes, Covid has caused everyone to be delayed, which we are more than understanding about, but there is a severe lack of communication. I still don't have a working drawer and followed up for the 3rd time 9 days ago...no response. It's expected that I drive all the way out there to pick it up. Their product was faulty, I should not have to drive 1.5hrs with both of my kids, under 5, to get new brackets. Super disappointing. We were excited to support a local business instead of big box but that comes with risk if the company is lacking quality control, organization and communication skills.
