The current Owners are struggling - and it shows. Selection is low - they are not responsive as the prior Owners - too bad becuase it is great idea - but they need to be more efficient and helpful. They have carpet you can buy that is in stock - decent price - just make sure to monitor every step of the transaction.
We had the best experience going to Metro Carpet!! Carrie and Butch are so nice and at your service when you need them! They are knowledgable and flexible and will make sure your project turns out perfect! Don't go to the big box stores and use them! You will not regret it!

Just went to metro carpet (Saturday 12:30pm) and the door was locked. Called and said they were open - open sign was flashing, but both doors were locked and no one came to the door when we knocked. There was a black truck there so it looked like someone might be there, but because we were unable to get in we weren’t able to check them out. Felt like we wasted our time.
