Lee Stoltman didn't bother to put all of the requirements in a load of his receiver and when we got there and did not meet them we got fined for having to take it to a different facility. If you do not take the time to let a carrier know that they can not have pets at a receiver how are they to know? If you do not write it on a rate confirmation or verbally express it how would we know? Please explain.nnThen you don't even tell us you are fining us $500? Then call it unprofessional that truck drivers have pets on board? What is unprofessional is NOT DOING YOUR JOB and expecting your carriers to know something that was not relayed to them and then going behind their back to fine them and not even tell them.
The only problem we have had so far is that they charged us a Credit card fee without telling us. :-)nUpdate:nThey did respond back and explained why they charged me more than they said. Thank you!
