BE EXTRA CAREFUL WORKING WITH THESE GUYSnI have agreed with one of the brokers, Mark Lichtenafeld, on the rate of $3500 and I was waiting for 30 minutes to get the rate con, but Mike got back to me and said that his manager found a cheaper option. After that I reposted my truck and saw their posting still active, this time posted for $3000 on the rate. So, they are gonna book your truck and hold you, in the meantime they will repost the load and will look for lower rate and after they find it they will dodge you and stiff you over. I will never gonna call their number ever!
By far one of the worst freight brokers out there. We were booked on a load by Anthony Sandberg. We kept him posted on our transit to pick up which was in Los Angeles,CA during rush hour. When driver got to pick up, another truck was there checked in with the same pick up number and on a dock. We called Anthony to report that and we demanded a TONU since 2 trucks were booked on the same load. He needed a proof that truck was there, even though he had a link from our ELD which could track the truck. He refused to pay TONU and stopped answering the phone. And we had just set up with that broker. I guess we will never call them again, since they don't value relationships with carriers. Stay away from them!!!

Our company started working with Admiral Merchants in July 2020, and the experience has been positive. Good communication, friendly staff, and timely pay on all loads.
