The receptionist totally unhelpful.

Last minute emergency. Staff went above and beyond. Unlike many other American cities, don’t let the building’s appearance fool you; if you have a car there is a plethora of surface parking lots nearby and even a parking ramp - it’s very easy to get to.

I’ve lived in the United States for 21 years and visited the consulate for the first time today because of a passport emergency. The entire experience could not have been more professional, friendly and efficient. I’m writing this review just before boarding my flight to Paris because of the wonderful consulate staff.
