One of my favorite C&B locations because the staff is so friendly (Blake & Megan and all of them really) Plus I swear the bagels at this location are baked to perfection and taste better!

Consistant long wait times and don't have any of the holiday or seasonal flavors. If all you want is plain coffee you'll be fine. Anything else go to Starbucks across the street. If you go in during non peak times thinking you'll get in & out fast you're mistaken. Staff will be huffy for you bothering them.

Staff was very pleasant. Prices are a bit high. I didn't care so much for the ham and cheese sandwich, however the chorizo one was fantastic. That would be my recommendation. It's on the skywalk level so very easy to access and there are places both inside and outside the location to sit.

I was a loyal customer that came to this store practically every morning when I arrived a work. I asked them to grind a bag of coffee that my wife brought in from out of town and they refused. I used to be a barista and we ground other company's coffees all the time because we were in the business of bettering days and customer loyalty...something that this store needs to be trained on. Instead I took my bag of coffee over to the Starbucks across the street and the ground it up for me...with a smile. I also bought my morning coffee from them and will continue to do so. I will now bring my loyalty to this Starbucks location instead of Caribou. Don't be penny wise pound foolish, that is bad business.
