Only knock was flavor. They could have seasoned the eggs more. But everything else was A1. Phenomenal service, the bottomless mimosas, food and all were 5 stars. You he waitress was friendly and accommodating she got us everything we needed and then some. They also got our orders in past 3:30 (closing time) so we were happy with that. Will definitely return before closing to get the full experience, because the chicken and waffles were calling my name before they ran out. Definitely worth a try for anyone looking for a good vibes brunch place.

I have no words for how fabulous the food and service is here. My wife and I visited on a Friday night on a weekend getaway. The food and staff, particularly Betsy, were so amazing that we went back for dinner on Saturday. It did not disappoint. It was far and away the highlight of our weekend, and we can’t wait to go back. The desserts are so good that I may order a cake for my wife’s birthday on our way to the Northwoods. Give the Copper Hen a try. You will NOT be disappointed!

The ambiance/service were fantastic. It felt very laid back. The brunch food was very good and had little twists to make it feel innovative while still being comforting. It would be 5 stars if there hadn't been little misses - i got the Goudalicious which delivered on cheesy goodness but some of the hash browns were undercooked. You can tell the ingredients of everything were quality and mostly house made. We will be going back to see if it was a fluke and if I can bump the rating to 5!

overall the copper hen was amazing, friendly service, great atmosphere, and tasty food. i had minor complaints about the food when it came out like the waffles were a little bit burnt and the potatoes were a touch over cooked. thankfully the taste was overall still really good which made up for a couple minor issues. definitely a top contender for best brunch in the twin cities in my book.
