I read that this Saks OFF 5TH was damaged when violence came out of thin air in Aug 2020. They were innocent. I hope this location is more profitable than ever. Peace on earth
This has got to be one of my favorite clothing stores ever! They are so helpful and great with advice when you want honest opinions on items you want to purchase. I had a problem with my payment method and they did everything in their power to help me get my purchase. It ended up not being able to be purchased immediately but they saved it for me to come back the following day! So happy!!
Nice store and friendly service but pretty expensive clothes i thought. Bought cool converse shoes and a Puma hoodie i really like though.
Yeah they have a decent inventory, I usually come & shop for coats .. I was told I couldn’t bring more then one coat to the fitting room I as just shocked on how I was treated... Loss prevention kept following me around to the point the police were called.. Sucks when we have to live with discrimination when just want to shop !
Someone stole a package of mine that was sent from Saks Fifth Avenue and were able to return my stolen package at Saks OFF Fifth at this location with no ID or original payment method for a gift card. Now I'm being refused a refund. Unbelievable!
