The old seam was visible in a couple of spots and when I questioned Tony he immediately said no charge. While I wasn't happy with the whole job- Tony's customer service was amazing. I would go back in a minute if I had to.
Tony and his crew replaced the soft top on my '98 SL500, along with the headliner on the hard top and rebuilt my drivers seat foam. They did a fantastic job and everything looks factory fresh!
EXTREMELY JUDGMENTAL, RUDE, AND BIASED...nMy husband called this company and contacted them to replace a quarter-top on a 1983 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham 2-Door.nnIt took a surprisingly long amount of time before we received any response from the company. The person from this company asked for photos of our vehicle. We sent them photos.n(The paint is white and the quarter top is currently white... we want to replace the white quarter-top with burgundy.)nnThe man who responded and viewed the photos we sent said “I DON’T WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT GHETTO RIDE”. (His response was not capitalized).nnLittle does he know— we are prepared, and, 100% capable of paying ABOVE a reasonable asking price.nAll I can say is: HIS LOSS!!!!
Great value and expert service! Save me bunches of cash. Didn't know who else could do it, and he did it masterfully!
They helped us with a big water spill in our car. They did an excellent job replacing the carpet and getting rid of the musty smell. Tony was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them for any upholstery work.
