We were warmly welcomed to the store and were guided to the area we were seeking(mattresses). We were not pressured in any way and received clear explanations of the type of mattress we were trying out. We liked that there were no high pressure tactics used, just genuine honesty and thorough information about the product. We have purchased other furniture at Becker Furniture World, and have been very satisfied each time.
We have moved several times in the last few years and this is our go-to place for getting new furniture to make each new location feel like home. Each time we have been to this location we end up leaving happy. When something did not work out once delivered, it was returned or replace immediately. Tien Ly (Manager) is outstanding both in initial contact, follow-up contact, and taking care of things that did not work out for us. He is one of the reasons we continue to trust Becker in Burnsville to make our shopping experience a positive one from start to finish. Every employee from sales to delivery has been a pleasure to deal with.
KRISTA GLEASON. Working with Krista has been amazing. I have seen her work with two other friends of mine, and her customer service is top notch. When I decided to purchase a new couch I called on Krista directly and she has taken Great care throughout the process. Keep up the good work!
Dan at the Burnsville store helped me pick out a new mattress and was absolutely incredible to work with!!! He answered all my questions, gave me some really great tips and info, and made the process fun and easy! He was so helpful but gave me time to test things out while still making sure to check in enough! Not once did I feel like he was trying to make a sale like I encountered at other stores. I went into the store today just to look around and Dan was so great I ended up buying the perfect mattress!
The staff are really professional and the service is top notch. Less the other furniture stores this one the staff are really involved with the customer...follow up and the staff are well conversant with the whole floor.Kudos guys and this is the place to shop for furniture. Wide variety of items to choose from and the price is so reasonably priced.nnKenneth, his professionalism stood out.
