Temp closed, new location open March 18th 2021. Open for business, Most items on clearance right now. Will make the move to new store soon enough. Got 4 tops under $12 each. I can find pretty much anything here. More so if not looking good for something in particular. Nice name brand towels. Large wall mirrors and paintings. Kitchen everything . Unique foods. Pasta from Italy. Manuka honey. Olive oils.
Today was an off day for one of my favorite stores. They are moving to their location and there wasn't much left to help me find what I was hunting for! Am not worried as I will always be a fan!
Home Goods is clean and always has full shelves with a variety of items to choose from. It's one of my favorite places to buy unique yet upscale gifts for friends and family. You have to visit often because the items turn over fast! However, the store sucks in regard to parking lot space. It's too small and I always almost get into an accident because the rows are too narrow. I hate coming to this store.
It always feels dirty and disorganized at this location and it never fails that I run into at least one if not more, of the rudest staff members in the city. I've been barged out of the way, no apologies, they never are friendly, and I was once accused of stealing an item because I bought it at a different tj maxx location, returned it at this location and the numbers on the receipt and tag were off by one number. This was in front of a whole group of customers, and by a manager no less. I promptly took the item back to the original tj max, explained what happened and they said they catalogue differently than the other location and that's why there was an issue. There should be some uniform to your policies so as not to humiliate your customers in public.
This TJ Max store was very busy for the holiday shopping rush, but checkouts went quickly.
