Whitney was so nice and helped us out. She answered our questions and was very helpful.
Had to wait a few minutes to talk to someone but the gentleman where very polite and informative when it was our turn. Will go again to this store for service.
Whitney was a super duper rock star.. i had a problem with my billing she decided to call customer care, from the clinton store. And went to work she did a fantastic job saved tons on my bill... thank you a million I feel like thats how much she saved me..
I live nearby and have been to this t mobile store a half dozen or so times. I came in again today (I should have known better at this point) to buy a new phone. I had started the upgrade process online and knew exactly what I wanted, the whole thing would have taken 5 minutes. I waited for over a half hour never got helped and walked out, my limited break from work wasted. This has happened every time I've been here. Last time I went instead to another t mobile after waiting here for an hour and was helped immediately. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time at this location. Driving out of your way will save you time in the end. And the customer service will be better
