i called to ask if you have to take a new phone up to the store to get the sim card changed or if i can just do it myself or over the phone, & the guy on the phone said to do so it’ll cost $21, and i clarified that is was $21 and he immediately says “Oh so you can pay $700 for the new iphone but not $21 to get your sim card changed?”, So i told him that was rude and No the payment wasn’t the issue i was just clarifying. I am not the type to write reviews bc i get people have bad days and I also work in same type of industry but that was extremely out of line in my opinion & I now know that this is a metro to avoid going to, because it seems like there’s a bit of aggressive & hostile employees.

Carl is hands down the only person in the cell industry that I trust. He is honest, knowledgeable and a truly kindnand good human being. I moved from GC a few years ago and drive back when I or any member of my family needs service or a new phone. He is the best!
