Was just there last night and had great help from a gentlemen. Left a note for someone to call me next morning. Nobody called. Called them to find out I couldn't do anything over the phone and then they hung up on me. Customer service needs some love. Wont go there again.
We started out going to this Verizon store In Syracuse a couple weeks ago to see what they had to offer, as we were wanting to change from AT&T to Verizon. Jordon spent a lot of time going over all their promotions and what phones they had to offer. Very impressed with Jordan and all the time he spent with us. We couldn’t change plans for another week so when we went back to the store Clayton helped us get 4 new phones and a new plan. He also spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions. He’s a very patient person!
Today I was having trouble with my new phone and Roderick March spent several hours with me getting things set right. He also is very patient and took the time to answer all my questions and got everything working properly.
I would highly recommend these three guys to anyone and am so grateful they are close by and willing to help.

Wanted to buy phone outright. Salesman says not an option. Did not want to tell be bottom line just like used car salesman who wants to talk financing vs out the door. Went to Verizon in Layton-corporate store. Got exactly what i wanted. Dont waste your time with this store. Go to the corporate store.
We had two of the sales associates help us today. First Matthew spent a good hour helping me try to get my wigged out iPone replaced to find out I was 4 days past my year mark. He was patient, personable and kind. Then later in the day when I brought my husband back so I could get a new phone Jordan was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.
We switched our carrier because we knew Verizon was the best and they haven’t let us down yet. This store was great and the customer service was as well. Jordan went out of his way to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed. He was very kind and made sure to explain everything to us in detail. We love him!
