Weird layout- I tend to prefer their cousin in Orange. After about twenty minutes of searching and asking two employees (the first one was incorrect) they finally showed me where my part was. Their in-house brand tools aren’t as good as Home Depot’s with a couple exceptions, but the employees are usually less helpful and I never got used to the way the store is laid out
Clean well organized store. Friendly associates that are fairly helpful. Don't like that you can't put your military information in at self checkouts. Hope they fix that soon.
Pretty good employees know where to find stuff, but had two awkward moments. They were happy enough to sell me a cook top, but wouldn't install it. Saw porch swing online but not carried in store.
Lowes is Lowes. Don't expect too much but aisles are generally clearly labels and staff is marginally helpful. Selection is what I would call average. Friendliness is very good
Both times we've ordered flooring, they messed it completely up. Took our money and never ordered anything. They are very incompetent
