Nick waited on us at the store. He knows the store well. We bought a mattress and a couch. The couch was back ordered, and not expected to be ready, until July.nNick called us a few days later, with a special order cancellation. We took it, and both the mattress and couch were delivered a few days later..nThe guys who delivered our order, took our old mattress out, and brought the new one in with no issues. They took our old couch out and brought the new one in. They were very polite and efficient. We would highly recommend Godwin's!

We went in today and one guy said hello to us and asked if we needed help. We said yes and he said I’ll be right back I have to finish another purchase. That’s fine, we understand. We waited for him for 20-30 minutes so we could look at purchasing one we had found. He took down the numbers to the couch and said he would be right back. We sat there for another 20 minutes waiting. Finally we went up to the desk where multiple people are just standing there, no one else asks us if we needed any help. My husband took our son and walked out. Finally I verbalized my disgust in the fact no one else offered to help, he was there checking someone else out, and no one had looked up the info for us yet, and we had been there 40 minutes for nothing. The only couch my husband found out of 4 stores he actually liked and he refuses to buy it now because of the poor customer service we received. We understand that he was busy but everyone else around us was getting help from other people while we just stood there with our toddler for 40 some minutes.

My wife and I went in to look at couches today. Andrea was fantastic.! First rate all the way. She was so helpful without being overbearing. Love the English accent. I know we're going to love our new couch. Thank you Andrea for making this experience so pleasant.

Well truck drivers spend a lot of time away from their family’s delivering to companies such as yours. But when he used his freedom of speech right and left a review. Y’all had him waiting forever to get freight. Then the lady working there comes out and cussed him. For his freedom of speech. I will never darken your business nor will I suggest it to anyone. You waste a good mans time and then cuss and call him names it is a shame. You deserve no business. So think twice about talking to a truck driver like that again. Your business depends on them. So remember that before you disrespect someone!!!!!!!!
