Friendly and knowledge staff
The gentleman Jimmy is the best sales associate I have ever had the pleasure receiving service from. This man is patient, he knows how to make a customer feel comfortable about any issues. He goes above and beyond for every need or question I have had to come to him for. If it was not for Jimmy I would have switched companies months ago! I now know I can go to him with any question or concern and be completely satisfied. The best costumer service from any phone company I have been too! I will be recommending to friends and family!
IT is the best place for customer Service. Metro sucks in the state of Florida the service down there is not good at all. OWOSSE ON STATE AND 21 IS THE BEST STATE EVER.
