My husband and I have the exact same phone. We purchased and had screen protectors placed on our phones from this store. Long story short they placed the wrong screen protector on my phone. I kept having issues because the protector was holding my button down all the time. When I went back to the store a couple of days later I was told they had put the wrong protector on my phone and they took my name said they would call me when they came in. After a few weeks went by i took the screen protector off my phone because of the drastic issues it was causing. Well it has been a couple of months. I just stopped by the store again. They have no idea when they will or if they will get the protector I need. I asked for a refund so I could go someplace else and get the one I need. I was denied a refund. She offered to put liquid glass on my phone. I know nothing about that product and just wanted a refund. We are talking $10 here to make a customer happy. Well she was not having any part of that. I do not reccomend any place that won't satisfy a customer when they are clearly in the wrong in the first place. And then she had the nerve to ask me to leave her building. Wth!
Unbelievable you buy an Iphone and the store has absolutely no phone cases for it. So you order one to be delivered to the store, the case ships and is returned to the sender. My only option is to go into the store and get a refund. I’ll go to Walmart and get better service

I just felt you needed to know about how lucky you are to have the staff working for you at the Verizon store at 1975 E Main Street here in Owosso, Mi....every time I have gone in for some assistance the person assisting me has always been very knowledgeable, great personality and honest. As a 73-year-old woman I never walked out of that store feeling inadequate or all of information I was just given was over my head. They explained it very clearly to me and I have passed on to friends and family the wonderful experiences I have had at the store,.....especially with Charlie and Mitchell.nnThank younM. Kramer
