Won’t sell Verizon SIM cards without a phone. Need a SIM card replacement, not a phone replacement. Go to a better Verizon store. Don’t waste your time here.nnWill call Verizon 611 to verify if stores can withhold SIM cards, even if it is a poor third party retailer
