The store owner is honest and goes above and beyond! I contacted him about replacing a few damaged keys on my Macbook Air. However, after he learned that there was a recall on my keyboard, the owner suggested I just contact Apple. My keyboard was repaired free of charge as part of the recall. I really appreciate that the store owner didn't just take my money and perform the repair anyways. I will definitely be going back to him if I need anything else in the future!
Michael has always kept my Mac devices up to date in the best conditions. He has even suggested some stellar accessories that have lengthened the life of my various Mac devices. Like a thorough annual physical, my MacBooks have come out of their appointment with lots of great tips for staying in tip top condition. Thanks, Michael!
I've already warned my kids not to take their Macs here. Michael said he sent mine out to CA and when I got it back it didn't have a hard drive in it. Where did it go? Doesn't Michael check the computers before giving them back to customers? Thankfully, he did refund my service charge, so I give them one star for that.
