Josh Stafford was awesome! He explained all of the 3 phones I was looking at so I could make the best decision for myself. Then he explained everything step by step and set it all up for me. He was great and I will be back for any future needs with Verizon. It was a great experience buying a new phone with Josh at the Grand Haven store.
