My husband and I went to US Mattress today to try a few Mattress styles out with a plan to shop around or purchase certain brands online. Eric greeted us at the door and gave us an overview of the company as well as the ways he could assist us. He began by helping us determine what comfort level we both needed and then went on to try different styles from there. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn’t your classic pushy salesman but instead was very personable, relatable and thorough. My husband and I ended up buying a wonderful mattress and adjustable bed frame (you have to try it). Eric was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him. He made this process effortless.

Eric S. was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained all the features of each mattress and base. He allowed us to take our time and try numerous different mattresses, never rushing us. He set us up with a mattress, base, pillows and the proper protectors for our investment. He was not at all pushy nor did he try to up sell us on anything. The manager of US mattress, Troy store, Eric Sollund, is professional and efficient. He goes above and beyond his job description. He is very informative and patient. He will go out of his way to help you find the perfect match for you. I will inform all my family and friends to shop here. They have the cheapest lowest prices on the top name mattresses.

After a grueling search for the right mattress, fate led me to none other than US Mattress. Upon entering said establishment, I was greeted by none other than the prophet Eric, who bestowed upon me legendary mattress knowledge. In all seriousness, Eric provided some of the best customer service I've seen, and I was able to leave with a new mattress and adjustable frame. He has a lot of knowledge of what he's selling, and talks about the company in a positive and refreshing way. Thanks Eric!

Olivia was an incredible help! When my wife and I walked in we had no clue of what type of mattress we wanted. By the time we left, we were educated on the different types and felt very satisfied with our purchase. She was also fun to chat with. I could not imagine a better experience!
