Went in on a Sunday at 2:00. I was the only customer and I felt like I was a bother. Mostly one word answers. Asked about android phones and sales. They didn't leave the desk or try to sell me anything. They didn't seem to know the products. I asked about dust resistant phones. One guy said they didn't have any. I said I thought the Samsung FE was. The other employee said he thought maybe the flagship phones were.

I had many problems with my verizon customer service, I came into tmobile to see if the hype was real and the staff took care of me better than verizon and AT&T ever did. Got me the best plan with the best phone all under 110! I appreciated my visit and love the service. This will be the only location I'll every walk into!

I didn’t not like the workers, they didn’t explain anything to me nothing was in stock and I got so irritated I canceled everything I wanted to get and walked out when they asked me if I even wanted anything from them. And the workers kept mumbling under their breath to each other I didn’t feel welcomed at all they didn’t even add my additional phone. I absolutely will never step foot in this location again. 11-28-20

The staff here is excellent they are super helpful and nice they made sure I had everything on my new phone and made sure i understood everything about my bill and changes to my account. I will gladly recommend

This T-mobile store is pretty good I prefer going to Alexis rd in Ohio for things But this store works when your in need
