Terrible! I upgraded my phone last September and on the second phone that is already having network problems and get told its not activated all the way and to dial 611. I tried to call the store back because it did not work and no answer and they were still open. This phone and the other that I had to get replaced through manufacturer warranty wouldn't connect to internet, no chrome, no Google, the speaker quit working. Like cmon.. the one guy acts like he doesn't even want to be there and super unprofessional. Don't waste your money or time here!
It nice and clean and there workers where nice and friendly, and very knowledgeable about the phones.
Great place and very helpful
So I'm no longer a metro customer but my mom is. She can't get around very well so I went to pay her bill. I was at the store before closing not much before but I still had a good 3-5 min. Well as soon as I pulled in this little pudwhacker immediately locked the door. Didnt even bother to ask me if it was something quick like paying a bill. Because thats all I had to do now her phone is going to be shutoff. I hate dealing with you people you are always so unprofessional and rude. Just to let You know you're about to lose a whole lot of business.
