I rarely shop at Kohl’s, but when I came in because they gave me Kohl’s cash for my birthday, then I made a return because the pants didn’t fit(fitting room closed due to covid) within an hour my credit card was compromised. I had to make another return and informed the customer service staff, they just shrugged and said “it happens”. If I ever shop at Kohl’s again, I’ll take cash. Shame on Kohl’s.
I love the variety of things they offer, Some things are a little more pricer than they should be. I recommend going here because the staff are very nice. The whole time I was there walking around the employees would stop what they were doing to greet us. Make sure that you find a manager if you have time so that the employees get the credit that DESERVE. I love Kohls. The staff is great, however they never have anything pickup available at this store that I have wanted yet. Very disappointed.
Your run of the mill kohls...Super helpful staff though! ...if you go there, do them a solid and don't trash the place maybe? People do need to come back and fold and arrange stuff...some of y'all live like vikings
