can only give the two stars because they one didn’t have the flavors that were advertised on their menu website. Secondly, they were totally out of waffle cones, but that’s a big deal. Lastly their ice cream was weird. It wasn’t creamy like regular ice cream is was almost chunky like.nWouldn’t go back
I really can’t even give them 1 star, first the girl taking our order needed to hear it 5 times and she still didn’t get it right. The ice cream was frozen burn and the banana split the put in a one scoop cup and she said we fit it all in there but of course you can’t fit a banana split in a one scoop container. We also asked for extra pecans and not one. I am going back to speak to a manager . This was so disappointing and the girl was rude!!!
Large hard piece of black plastic found near the bottom of my fresh packed container. Tried calling store 5 times and no answer. Sent FB message too. Trying to report the issue has been a joke, can't reach anyone.
Bring back Oreo ice cream, please.
Our baseball team came in this afternoon and the young lady who was alone there did a fabulous job getting all of our orders done in such quick and polite fashion. Impressive! Ice cream was great!
