Chris was so helpful and explained everything in detail about different pools and what to expect with each one. There was no pressure from him about buying a pool. He also provided pool installers that he would recommend which was very helpful. We were able to pick up the pool today and he loaded everything in the truck and let us come early before the store opened so we weren't waiting as there would be other customers. Overall a great experience from shopping, buying, and picking up the pool. I would highly recommend Sunnys Pools and nore!!
I was so impressed with the professionalism, honesty, and help from Chris at Sunny Pool & Spas. We purchased a hot tub from him. He was very thorough and informative on the best options for our family. Chris made it a priority to find what we needed and to keep us informed every step of the way. Thanks again for the awesome Spa guys, super excited to have it for the remainder of this cold winter! Carl was very helpful and made sure I was completely satisfied with the Viking Spa that I ordered completely virtually. I recommend the Viking Spa Royal series to anyone who is an avid user of hot tubs.
We've been on looking for a pool for a few months now and we found Sunny's on Facebook and they were so helpful with explaining everything to us! We picked it up today and they were helpful and friendly! I am so glad we purchased our pool here! Highly recommend!
Chris was amazing. I work long hours, and can rarely got on the phone during work hours. Chris adapted and we handled the whole transaction via text! Final total came in right where I wanted and they even delivered to my parents garage and got it placed out of the way for them. He finished up by getting me in contact with installers. Could not be happier!
