Fast and easy!! Tim hooked me up!! I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone especially if ur looking for a good deal! I was so nervous coming in here and I felt so bad bc I had about 20 questions for him but he was really patient with me and helped me out tremendously!! I live all the way on 10 mile but if I ever need a metro store store again I'll be coming here for sure!!
Best metro I've visited in a long time. The lady at the front desk was fantastic. Christine was extremely helpful and provided the best customer service i have ever experienced. She found the best deal on a new phone and helped me transfer all of my information over. Will definitely recommend working with Christine at this store to everyone.
I’m usually not one to leave reviews, but I feel like this place deserves 5+ stars. Best customer service hands down! Rana is such a nice and helpful person. My favorite metro store, I will definitely keep coming back! She got me and my son into brand new iPhones and Took her time to transfer everything over. Keep up the good work girl!
I love this store & it is all because of Christine. She is amazing with her customers & knows the phones perfectly. She treats her customers with respect & she makes you feel you are valuable customer. She deserves a lot of credit.
