First off, I had made an appointment at the Verizon store on Harper in St. Clair Shores to purchase a new phone. Showed up and found that the store was closed without any notification to me or other customers who had shown up for their appointments as well. So I searched other Verizon’s and saw that this location had some really good reviews. And they weren’t lying. The two customer service representatives that were there were absolutely fantastic! They greeted every customer that walked in and were so incredibly helpful. Brandon, who helped me out the most, was very patient and informative. He walked me through everything, helped me set things up and showed me the best options when getting my new phone. It was so worth the trip there and I’ll be making future purchases from this location. I’ve also already recommended this Verizon to family and friends cause I know they’ll be treated the exact same way I was.

I had the best experience today at the Verizon store. People often get stressed when issues arise... but when I got to Verizon that stress was gone. AC was my helper and he ensured me he will fix my phone. Jose was his co-worker for the day. They both were the nicest young adults and very easy to talk to. They were so helpful to all customers. As the store got crowded, they were on top of checking in everyone and giving them a fair wait time. AC and Jose truly are representations of what customer service should look like. They were understanding and very helpful.

The staff was extremely helpful. Even though they were busy with other customers when we walked in, they acknowledged us and let us know we would be helped shortly. The manager actually took care of us and was very patient and totally helped us with the problem I was having with my phone. He did not try to sell us an upgrade but actually fixed the problem and told us to come back if there were any more issues. Great service and friendliness!
