The person who took my order kept making me repeat my order. Wanted to make 2 separate orders. They made me go through the drive thru twice. They didn't have certain donuts and rushed me to pick others. Didn't provide receipt and didn't give requested bag for large order. Donuts are great, service is poor.
I originally commented 3 months ago with a 5 star rating. Today I'm changing it to a 1 star since you can't leave 0 stars.nnI stop here every Thursday to get donuts for my kids. Last week they gave me 3 correct donuts and 1 wrong one. Today I repeated my order 3 times to make sure it would be correct. 1 out of the 4 donuts I ordered was correct today. The other 3 were wrong. Charged me almost $7 for the wrong order.... needless to say I won't be going here any more.
I am not a fan of pastry donuts and don't know if they offer cake donuts. Their coffee is hit or miss; the bold roast is better than regular, however. Overall I wasn't impressed with the place and find Tim Hortons more appealing in their options.
My 6years old daughter loves any sprinkled donuts so I try to make it special for her every Friday to stop off and purchase on the way to school.I sometimes if funds allow me I pay for people behind me to bless them and show the love of Christ. It makes people happy when you show actually of kindness so early in morning and it starts your day off in a great mood. Plus I teach my daughter kindness.We giggle because she wants to always look back at the person(s) behind us to see their face. It's cute,thank you Krispy cream
Their donuts are great!nSometimes you have to wait in line, but it's worth the wait.
