Update2: FINALLY had the yellow cake I bought , and it was moist , delicious , and everyone raves about it!! Gonna have seconds!! Update: trying this place again; bought white frosting with yellow cake. Haven’t tried the cake but I can tell you PAM gave me wonderful , wonderful customer service; she is a consummate professional at asking the right questions and not pushy at all. As I said , haven’t tried that cake yet , but it looked very good. Regarding Pam, the way one carries oneself answering the phone may not ‘seem’ like a big deal, but trust me, it’s more than half the battle.nnUpdate from the ‘hard donuts’ issue.
Donuts were dry and the bread was stale. Customer service could be better. Safe to say I will NOT be back. Don't waste your money. The Bake House is much better. Never fails me.
Great cannoli, cookies, and they’re always super nice. Have been happily going here for five years or so and always try to stop in whenever I’m in town. Definitely recommend.
This was my first visit and certainly not the last!! The pasties and sweets are so good! I know where I'm ordering special occasion cake from!
Absolutely love this place! We have used them for birthdays as well as the occasional sweet stop with the family! Never had an issue with anything. The food is excellent and the customer service has always been outstanding.
