Good selection. Wasn't aware that the mocha iced coffee didn't come with some cream. Oops. So I drank it black. Next time I'll be sure to order it so it comes like the advertised picture.
Great location. Always clean and looks like new. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Jamie took care of me at the drive-thru was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this place
This location has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever. Besides let’s not forget that fact that they DON’T ensure that the items are properly prepared nor packed.nNot sure who needs to see this but hopefully people can know who they are truly giving their money to.
Would be great if the employees were actually friendly... I feel like someone shouldn’t get a job at a coffee shop if they can’t be nice when it gets busy. Coffee is coffee and there’s a different coffee shop every few blocks... my suggestion is to avoid this one if you expect to leave with a smile. ☹ufe0f
I have gone here numerous times since they opened because they are close to my office. They have no consistency in their product. I originally wrote it off to being a new store and training new employees but it still continues. I have ordered drinks that are normal menu items and they are made incorrectly. On 3 occasions I have ordered Boston Cream donuts and they had no cream in them. Today it had cream but a dime size amount at best. Done
