Everything went smoothly on their end with my transfer of service.
Store sold me the new iPhone 12 mini, said it would ship in 2-3 business days and then arrive in 2-3 business days. Then today, my order was changed and pushed back and set to arrive Nov. 30th-Dec. 7th. nearly 3 weeks after I bought the phone. Ridiculous, had I known that I wouldn't have bought the phone. They offered no reimbursement or anything. So I am furious that they told me that and then it ended being 3 weeks later. Bad service and business. Don't tell your customers one thing and then it's another.
