My husband and I made the transfer yesterday from Boost Mobile to Metro and Vee was extremely helpful and friendly. It only took her roughly 15 minutes to transfer both of our numbers to Metro. At first she didn't think she had two of the phones we wanted and was about to have us go to a different location but she then went and checked in back and she had two of them. The coverage is amazing! A lot better than Boost Mobile.
The employees are so helpful when every I come in with phone issues because I'm from an older generation. I call it old people coaching. Lol. They are all not only knowledgeable but also professionally friendly. I appreciate them so much!

Joseph's help was amazing. I didn't feel rushed, pushed into something I didn't want or need and received great help getting an awesome phone for a ridiculously good price.
