Great customer service, excellent experience. If you are using a Sprint device and haven't switched to a new TMobile sim card, I highly recommend doing so. My service and data speed improved drastically. Call service as well so far.

Walked in hoping to upgrade to the new Galaxy Note20 ultra and thinking all I need to pay was like maybe $24 or $34 in trade in fee like how I used to do with sprint before they was bought out. Nope T-mobile wants me to pay $500+ down payment fee for the phone even though I'm eligible for early upgrade. For get that I'm thinking about changing carriers. T-mobile your a joke.
