Poor customer service.nnI purchased my phone and supplies at a Verizon store. Even though I could have saved a little money, I chose to buy the phone case and screen protector for their customer support and service. I went to the Verizon Authorized Retailer website and I read that I would be able to get support at their store. Not true. I was told by the associate that they on assist customers who purchase products in their store. Don’t waste your time shopping here because of their poor customer assistance.nnAs a Verizon Authorized Retailer, each individually owned and operated Wireless Zone® location combines the power of Verizon with the dedication of a local business.

Came for the convenience of the location, kept coming back for the excellent service. This is the second time I’ve visited this location when the normal Verizon locations weren’t able to help me. Both times I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ronjiv, who is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly. He has made some frustrating situations a lot more palatable. Will be returning here for future phone needs!

Slava was extremely helpful when my iPhone decided to be a jerk. Unfortunately I had to get a new phone, but at least he was very knowledgeable and informative about the latest products and what would best suit my needs. He even helped me set it up and put on the glass protector for me. Highly recommend this location versus the others where is a huge line and they act annoyed while assisting you.

Terrible employees and customer service. Manager is never around and after I give my information no one contacts me. I call them and they are not receptive to the fact that they made a mistake and I am trying to resolve it. I turned in a phone and some guy named James never recorded it and now I am playing a game of phone tag trying to resolve this issue. I don't make even write reviews, but this has been the worst service I've gotten from an establishment from start to finish (and it's not even finished currently on the phone with customer service because calling the store has done nothing for me.)

Just to prove my point at the lack of accountability at this store you can read my previous review from more than a week ago. They have not contacted me even after they stated publicly that they would. I have given my information multiple times in person and over the phone because for some reason a manager is never there. I don't like being taken advantage of and this store has been one of the worst customer experiences I've had that the only way I can even get a response is to leave a bad review.
