Worst experience of my life. The manager Joshua is completely incompetent and a scammer. He was not able to transfer one of my phones from another carrier so he put a fake line on my sprint plan while my phone remained with my original carrier and that’s not even the worst part of my experience. It took me several hours at another store to straighten out everything he did. If you want to be ripped off and taken advantage of this is the place to go.

I went to the T-mobile store around noon on 8/16/2020. My experience was terrible as the supervisor in charge was incompetent. They never bothered helping me. They told me that there was one person ahead of me and that they would notify me by calling me. I waited for several hours and never heard back from them. The trainee was kind but the store was inept.

I went in and met with the store manager Elise the other day. She was so friendly and helpful. She sat with me for an hour and a half and explained everything in detail. I have asked several employees at different locations to explain this same info to me multiple times and I was told what I was asking for was either not an option or super expensive. She was absolutely amazing and I will only meet with her from now on with any more extensive questions or business. She had patience and was fantastic the entire time. Thank you again Elise!

I'm still fighting with Sprint because they sent me to collections even though I canceled and returned everything within the 30 day satisfaction guaranteed window. I come to find out the store manager didn't close my account correctly when I return the device, so my account was suspended and not canceled. I've been calling sprint corporate for the last two months because the collection agency calls me 3 and 4 times a day. All because the store manager can't do her job correctly.
