Excellent service. I had an old High-8 tape that I wanted converted so a family member in the hospital could watch. They digitized the tape immediately and provided me with a digital file. The family member was able to watch some old family memories from their hospital bed. Their attention to service and care is incredible. I'm a customer for life. Thank you!

After exhausting several attempts in the area, the Lansing Camera Shop are the experts. Thanks to Chad for his guidance and Ron for his expertise and empathy for restoring a 16 yr. old photo print for a grieving 82 yr.old father into a memorable. Like new picture.

We stopped in to the Camera Shop for 3 things. My goals were to get a flash, trigger, and prints. A very nice person by the name of Shane helps us with our needs. I embarrassingly explained that I took my photos to meijer and my people in the photos kept coming out orange. As an experiment, I wanted to see if their prints would come out better. Shane walked me though the steps in the store on how to upload the photos. I can also upload my photos from home. Yay!nThen we went over to look at triggers and flashes. In the end with Shane’s assistance, we were able to purchase (a new to me) flash and a new trigger. The time and patience to explain pros and cons with each item is immeasurable to me.nnYesterday, I picked up the photos. The professional quality that the Cameral Shop provided in the photos are amazing without flaws and no orange people. The person that helped me again was kind enough to give me hints and tips with screen calibration. I am extremely great full for the help and they have taken my photography to the next level.nnI will be their customer for years to come for all of my print and purchasing needs!
