My Wife likes her phone so far .
Corey, assist manager would not assist in activating my IPhones. Would not sell me a SIM card, took entirely too long to process my insurance claim and was disrespectful to my daughters. All were present with PPE i.e. face masks present. My daughters were talking to each other and away from everyone with only their nose barely exposed. Yet he felt it necessary to be disrespectful to 2 minors, interrupted a phone call with the insurance company to be disrespectful and embarrassing to us. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!!
All I have to say if you ever have issues metro pcs, good luck, but hey they will refund you a check in another month.
