Don't get them mixed up with the MetroNet that Installs internet and TV Service! Metronet Telecom provides phone systems and VoIP solutions. Metronet Telecom has great customer support. They are helpful, professional, and friendly. They make sure you get exactly what you need without upselling or overcharging.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am being charged $29 for a installation fee which never took place at anytime. I cancelled with this company a week before the installation and had to call them multiple times to confirm that it was indeed cancelled. Poor customer support, do not get your internet through them.

Internet has been down for 24 hours and I’m told it can’t be fixed for 5 days. Miserable service. Avoid at all costs.
