ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I've lived in the U. P. for 3 years and just ate there. So sad they are selling. Hopefully they stay the same.
Super tasty pasties! The cinnamon rolls are on point too. Get 'em fresh!
Saffron bread, tarts, coffee cake all yummy. Great pasties. Just as I remember from 30 years ago.
Wonderful little diner in Laurium. Great social distancing practices. I watched them use bleach on a table after the patron left. Everyone wearing masks execpt for eating of course. Tables are staggered. And the food is delicious and waiting staff is friendly and helpful!!!
We stopped here on the way to Copper Harbor because we heard it won the MLIVE UP pasty competition. It is a neat little shop with baked goods and a little seating inside. The owner is really nice, and so are the other staff members. My husband got a pasty, and he really liked it. They are a whole pound! And the prices are very inexpensive. Giant cinnamon rolls for less than a dollar. Great place!
