Rent a center Fenton Rd guys aregood,kind people. They go out of their way to help you choose what youd like. If they dont have it in stock they will find it for ya. Ive enjoyed renting from them . i wont go to another store!
Over all, an amazing place with amazing staff. As soon and we walked in we were greeted with smiling faces and helped right away. Also good taste in music! Josh is outstanding and very understanding! I will always recommend this place and him as well! Thank you guys for making our experience the best, as always!
Extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve had nothing but issues since I got my furniture. I don’t live close to the location I got my furniture from and even though I have Auto Pay set up. Which has been set up since I signed everything to get my furniture, there’s always an issue with it coming out even though there’s money in the account. I called them to express how annoying and stressful it is and the gentlemen I was on the phone with was very rude and very unprofessional. I simply expressed that’s I no longer wanted the furniture due to all the problems since I’ve received it and he’s made a nasty comment. I will be writing a review on every social platform, and hopefully help people from having to deal with the utter disrespect of the employees.

I haven't been to Rent-A-Center in 5 or 6 years since my mother was put into lethal heaven by my oldest sister just because my mom Carrie Mae Adams wouldn't keep letting her misuse her income her and her man friend
