Artour was amazing! This was by far the easiest, most convenient, and helpful experience I have had at T-Mobile. I have horrible luck with damaging my phones via. dropping/water and always dread the new phone experience. But this time it was quick, easy, and efficient. Artour quickly located our account, the same phone I wanted to replace, ordered it overnight free of charge (which is amazing) and had it shipped to my address. He went through the entire process of how to set the phone up and assured us if we have any questions to call or drop by. Definitely recommend this location and definitely recommend Artour!!

OMG!! Best service ever!! I am not young by no means and not tech savvy. Every time I need help with my iPhones I go to this location!! Fabulous service. Do not go anywhere else. Very helpful, no matter what your age. ud83dude00
