Sadly some of the employees are not wearing masks making us customers feel very uncomfortable. Really disappointed by what is supposed to be a serious establishment. They are putting the health of customers at risk. I would recommend not coming here if you want to stay healthy.

Absolutely terrible customer service. After spending hundreds of dollars on car parts, my entire order was cancelled for no reason. Was told I didn't call them to verify my order? Absolute BS and I've never once had to call a reputable vendor about an order to verify.nnGo anywhere else, these pigs don't care.

We only shop O'Reilly, this by far is my favorite. Best Customer service. Liz went above, and beyond to help me with my battery & finding the warranty information.
