Great, helpful people, just had some phone issues, yesterday.nTook it in and within a reasonable length of time, had it fixed.nFor No Charge.nMetroPCS is my go to phone company.nI used to be with another company, then someone suggested I check out MetroPCS. I did and couldn't believe my phone bill, the very first month!nI have as Shocked to say the least.nIt was less than half of what I was paying. And I have No over the limit extra charges. Like I got cracked with, from the other company.nInstead of a $135.00 ( it's probably more now) a month phone bill.nI pay $60.00 a month.nWhat a weight off my shoulders!nSo, I'm kind of a positive customer, from that day on.nFriendly Staff.
