Omg, this is literally one of the best spa’s I have ever been to in my life! The receptionist was one of the nicest ladies ever. They even offered me chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s Day! And they were delicious. Keep making them! The massages were top tier. I felt like a new man afterwards.
totally poor experience with them! I booked an appointment 4 weeks in advance for a couple massage. I was called the day of about an hour before my scheduled appointment that they needed to cancel. the soonest they would reschedule me was a month out. on that day my boyfriend was feeling unwell and in order to protect their staff I attempted to reschedule the appointment. they were unwilling to assist me with that. I went to the appointment alone. they were not even willing to refund his massage even though he didn't go due to COVID and in order to keep their staff safe. so in summary they can cancel on us the day of but we're not allowed to do the same for an extremely valid reason! oh, and the massage therapist did a mediocre job too
I had my first facial here and it was amazing! My pores are smaller, dark circles/bags under my eyes are gone, and I was so relaxed that I literally almost fell asleep. I rebooked for four weeks out because I definitely need this in my life regularly!!
They blamed Microsoft for incorrect pricing featured on their website. Not only did they blame programing but would not honor the price shown. The receptionist seemed to have no idea on how to do her job I wait quite a while for her to find an appointment and found the entire process unprofessional. Could not even make it past booking. Wouldnt recommend even trying unless you want to be stressed for nothing. Just wanted to book a spa day for me and my mother.
Whoever runs this establishment needs to have their head examined. Extremely poor business practices massage therapist are quite good but appointment setting and their monthly program is beyond horrible. Do not recommend
