This was an easy process to rent a storage unit thanks to Al Lanna and other customer service personnel.
Val at Battle Creek STAYLOCK is terrific!
We had a unit here and the security gate didn’t work. Right after that our unit was broken into along with at least one other guy that we spoke to while meeting the police at the unit to file a report. When the police asked me to have the facility review the security footage to see who may have done it, they told me the security cameras didn’t work. We moved our stuff out promptly.
First month here... gate needs fixed. Annoying dogs that live across the street & barely any cameras to watch your items.
