This was my first time coming to Northern Bliss Salon. I made an appointment the day previous to get my lashes done. I was welcomed inside, asked the esthetician a few questions about the care of my new lashes and then we got started. I felt her working on my eyebrows, but didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to be rude. Halfway through the appointment, I found out she was giving me a BROW tint, not a lash tint. She apologized for the confusion, and said she would finish up with my brows and do my lashes for free. I was a little upset, but tried to stay patient and understanding about the confusion. My eyebrows are naturally super blonde, so a dark tint wouldn’t look very flattering. After my brows were done, she sent me to the receptionist to pay. Confused, I asked about getting my lashes done as well (since that was what my appointment was for). She apologized and explained that she didn’t have the materials to do my lashes today. Overall, I was disappointed in having to pay for a service I didn’t even want. I have nothing against the staff or quality of service here— and I understand that mistakes happen— however, I feel that Northern Bliss Salon could have tried harder to make up for the situation.

Monique is always so nice and pleasant when I go in. I would highly recommend going in and checking out her beautiful new location!
